Hello Everyone,
I've begun walking 1 to 3 miles a day depending on the weather and the time...today those things turned against me a lil bit lol. Was walking at the park a 3 mile walk and 20 mins into it, it started to poor rain and to thunder. It was not lightning thank goodness cause I was surrounded by trees and water puddles. It was fun though, cause it got rid of the awful humidity my walk started with and cooled me off and kept me from sweatin lol.
The walk was worth getting wet for, because I saw squirrels and ducks and geese enjoying the rain. And I saw a turtle on a log I tried to take a picture but he jumped into the creek before I could lol. But the most amazing thing I saw was a Doe a live female deer I didn't see any young though I'd heard a rumor the day before when me and mom were at the very same park that a fawn had been seen in the tress. I'm guessing this was mother and she was hiding the fawn in the brush. I got a picture of her its not a very good one like the normal work I do cause I couldn't get any closer to her, and my camera wouldn't zoom in enough to get a clear shot of her.
Still its a nice pic, I loved walking at the park even though I got completely soaked through and I happened to be wearing sport jersey type walking pants and a very thin WHITE sleeveless cotton tank so I was pretty see through thankfully the park was deserted because of the storm I was the only one there. That's why so many animals were out and a bout the rain hushed my foot falls so I could get closer then normal to them with out them hearing me. It was so cool the pictures I took are in my album under Digital animals on the last page. There's 3 of them.. the deer, a squirrel sprawled on a tree stump and a picture of a duck I believe on a log out on the water during the rain. I hope you enjoy them plz let me know!
I've received a supply of the vitamist vitamins that you spray into your mouth and let them soak into your blood stream. They are very tasty and they do the job. They are so much easier then swallowing pills or letting them dissolve under your mouth. They have so many different kinds to choose from. They even have some for dogs and cats which is cool. They taste really good too. The ones I got are peppermint flavored so its' almost like using breath freshener lol. They don't' leave a nasty residue in your mouth its just like breath spray.
I love them they are very simple and easy to use and you can carry the tubes around in your purse or pocket if you are going out of town for the night of for a while so much easier to pack then bottles and pill containers cause they are about the size of a tube of lip gloss that uses a wand for application.
