The Christmas Party

Hey Everyone,

Well I sure had a blast last night!  We started off the night at Jalena's house, where we watched the Charlie Brown Christmas episode while eating appatisers.  We had fruit and lil sandwiches and veggies and dip along with chips and sauce.  It was all very good,

Then we went to another church member's house and had salad, very good salad I might add.  And we played a game to see who  could list the most Christmas carols in 2 minutes and then everyone would read off their list and if anyone had the same songs you did you had to mark them off.  The person who had the most songs that weren't marked out won.  I lasted a long time but didn't win.  It was still a lot of fun though.

We then went to Tanya's  Grandparent's house and had chilie wich I didn't eat because I don't like chilie not one lil bit not the look, smell, nor taste of it.  We then went to another member's house and  had desserts we had cookies, cheesecakes, fudge, and sodas.  It was delicious.

We then sat around in a circle and played a sort of game to see who got what presents.  She gave us lil slips of papper with numbers on them.  Then we went in order and chose a present.  The first person would open their present and show everyone what it was then the 2nd person to go could either choose one from the pile or steal the present from person number one and so on and we kept the came up till everyone was happy with their gift.  I gave a lil minnie fondu set wich everyone was fighting over...lol.

In return I got a medium sized, battery powered, fiberoptic angel that plays God Loves the Little Children.  She's beautiful!  She has a green and blue dress on and she's  holding  a dove in one hand and the outher is like flying by her long, wavy, blone hair.  My favorite colors and one of my favorite children's songs.  I love her very much I've always wanted a fiber optic thing angel or animal or something, I never got one...dad was always buying them for mom.....  oh well I've got one now :D.  Jalena also gave everyone a bag filled with gifts.  My bag contained a lovely vase, a glass picture frame, a photoalbum decorated in strawberries, pears, and flowers on a blue background.  It also had a chocolate tootsie roll flavored chapstick, gum, cinnamon tick tacks, a lollipop that changes colors and flavores as you suck on it, a lil pair of nail clippers that you can hang on your backpack or something.  A cholate covered marshmellow shaped like a snow man.  A lil ball shaped candle on a dish thats ivory colored with silver snowflakes all over it.  And just lots of lil cute, thoughtful gifts.  Each bag contained differen't things.  They didn't have names on them just like blue for boys, green for girls etc.  So we could swap around if we like didn't like the candy  for example.  After that we headed back to the church, said goodnight and went our seperate ways.  I had tons of fun I wish you guys could have gone with me!

I was to tired to go to church this morning.  But I'm going tonight because it's game night at Jalena's house.  Oh and btw it's Snowing  here!  It's only flurries and they arn't laying, and I doubt they will they hardly ever do and when they do they are melted by the afternoon.  It's still really pretty to watch though.  Well that's all for today *hugs and muahs* ttyl!  Byess

Love,

~Star~
