A few weeks ago I went to a popular apartment rating website and submitted an anonymous review of the apartment complex I currently live in. In these days of NSA tracking every thing we do, anonymous doesn't mean anonymous anymore. When I went into the apartment office to pay my rent, the staff commented on my review. How? It was supposed to be anonymous! Well, they tracked me down using cookies. As computer savvy and security conscious as I am, I forgot all about cookies and they figured me out because I had added this final line to my review:
"The only legitimate complaint
I can come up with is that they
no longer have fresh baked
cookies in the office."
And that is how they found me out.
