Where's The Love?
Why do people do things, they never really mean?
They hug you, smile at you, shake your hand; but there's no warmth. They are like robots, where feelings and emotions don't exist.
They ask you how you are, but before you can answer they walk away, or if they do stay to hear their responses are empty they are words without feeling or meaning. Their hugs and smiles are stiff and brief.
If you try to give them love so they can share it with others. They act as if it goes in one ear and out the other. They act as if it's forbidden. They back away thinking you are weird or doing something wrong.
What happened to the love, or was there never any to begin with? Was it only a dream?
