Hey Everyone,
Today was another stressful day because it was our first real clinical for this semester and we were each given an in-patient chart to abstract the data we needed to code the chart's principle diagnosis and seconday diagnosises and then to learn a little bit about DRG's or Diagnosis Related Groups and Reimbursement. We all got in there and had absolutely no idea what we were doing or where to get the info we needed they didn't give us a breifing to get us started or do an example chart with us or nothing. So it was very stressfull for everyone, and then we had a night class the teacher went easy on us cause she was there for part of the clinical and understood what we went through. Other then that nutin much went on today cept all the county schools got out for the weather, but we still had to go it wasn't fair lol. Well I'm gona stop for now since nothing else happened today ttyl *hugs and muahs* Byesss
