Hey Everyone,
After my bad shopping experience in chattanooga last month I think it was, My mom got online and went to a catalog website and signed me up for all these catalogs containing just Plus Sized clothing. And I loved the gesture ya know having all these popular clothing magazines delivered to my door. But in a way I hate them, they are plus sized cloths yet the models are theses tiny lnegative sized models. So sure the clothing looks fantastic on them, they love wearing cloths that assentuate their breasts and bodies....they have bodies that look good! They don't have any probs showing them off they are small and sexy looking.
But when you put those types of body assentuating styles on a plus sized person they look possitively horrid in my opinion. I'm fat and I sure as H E DOUBLE HOCKY STICKS don't want to go around exagerating the fat I have waterballoons for breasts and a boulder for a butt. But the magazing ppl just can't seem to grasp that concept that what looks good on an extremely tiny person looks horrid on a big person. Seeing all these cloths in these magazines that look great on these models and knowing they would not fit me the same way and in a much less flattering way makes me feel just as bad as going into a plus sized clothing store and seeing the tiny dummies modeling the stuff and then you try it on and you shut your eyes in horror at how they look on a large, round figure. I'm sorry if this is sounding like a I'm ugly cause I'm fat rant, it's not, I'm just ranting at how the clothing industry thinks and promotes their styles. Well that's all for today, if I go any farther it will really get ugly. TTyl Byess
