Hey Everyone,
Crystal and I had a blast today. We woke up really early this morning so mom,dad, and I could take a shower(Crystal said she didn't need one). And so I could get my morning treatment done. Then mom and dad left to take the dogs over to Grandma's house for the day. While they were gone Crystal and I had a bowl of cereal.
When they got back we left, I drove from the house all the way to Knoxville. Then daddy took over. The traffic was horendous! Especialy when we got to close to Dolly Wood it was bummper to bummper all the way inside the park. We parked the car and went and bought our tickets made sure our cell phones were on then we split up and headed our seperate ways.
Crystal and I headed to the county fair to see what the new family type rides looked like and what lines were like.....the rides looked really cool, but the lines were like a mile or more long. So he hiked up the hill and rode blazing furry wich is a really fun rollercoaster/mine cellar ride that has 3 drops in wich you drop through a burning shaft, under an oncomming train, and finnally down into the splash pool. I love that ride alot, after that we hiked over to The Tennessee Tornado wich is a roller coaster that has 4 loops that form a butter fly, I've never really recognized the butter fly in it, but oh well. It was a blast too.
After that our day went a lil down hill it kept getting more and more crowded it was rediculous we had to waight half an hour for most of the rides and almost a full our to ride River Rampage wich is a white water rafting type of ride. We kept trying to ride the train, but we missed it like 3 times so after the 3rd time we stood around that station for like 45 mins waiting for the next one lol. Mom and dad showed up and got on too, but we couldn't sit together.
After that we just walked around the park trying to find a ride that didn't have an outragous line. We ended up riding the swings and the farriswheel wich are of course fun classics. I had smoked chicken for lunch and Crystal had chicken tenders. The food was good.
After lunch we walked around some more and after we figured we'd waited long enough we tried to go ride the new Wooden roller coaster Thunderhead wich has a 100ft drop reaches speeds up to 55mph. It looked llike alot of fun, I was nervous though cause I've never been a big coaster fan, but I decided to try it anyway. As soon as we were the 2nd ppl in line the power for the coaster went off for some reason and they couldn't fix it so they had to shut the ride down for the rest of the day we were really bummed out.
The rest of the day was spent shopping and stuff. Then at around....7 we left the park and went to a place that does airbrushed car tags. I was gona get one but I didn't want to wait 2 hrs for it we were wore out so we left and went to old charlie's to eat. The food was fantastic!
Then we came home and picked up the dogs on our way home. We both took showers cause we were covered in swet. Then afterward we discovered that my cat Sassy had captured a mouse and was playing with it before she killed it. We were gona try and put it out side so she wouldn't stink up the house with it, but it got away and she is very mad at us. Well that's all for tonight *hugs and muahs* Byess
