Hey Everyone,
Today was a good day. Had a nice bowl of chicken alfredo for lunch, it was delicious! Then headed up to the camp and as soon as I got there Sharon came walking up to me and told me that the first swim wasn't till 2:30 and that we still had half an hour to go. So she invited me to come up to her lodge and I could listen to her practice her guitar and we'd sing some songs together. We had a really good time.
As we were headed toward the pool, sharon had to go get some ice to put into the cooler . So I headed up to the pool myself, but as soon as I started up the hill it started to pour rain and I mean cats and dogs not fleas and ticks. So I ran back to the car and grabbed an unbrella opened it up and ran to the pool to unluck it so the girls could get in and not get to wet lol.
We swam in the rain, it was alot of fun. It kept raining off and on pouring and sprinkling. Thang goodness it didn't thunder or lightening. A girl and I got into a really funny conversation about the Lord of the Rings and talking about our favorite parts in the books and movies. And imiating characters and stuff. It was really fun.
A lil while later the girls left and since the guys weren't back from their hikes and since I was chilled from the rain. I came home early to get a hot shower and a hot meal. Sharon asked me to help out at the day camps too. Which don't start till after this week. So mom, dad, and I are all off from work this week lol.
