Hey Everyone,
Well I havn't gotten a paying job yet unfortunately, but I do have a volunteer job. I went my churche's monday night live thing for teens that was being held at the camp( the one I use to go to ever summer) because the guy who is in-charge of it is the camp's speaker this week. Anyway while I was there I was talking to my friends and the owners of the camp and I was telling them about my job problem and they asked if I would like to volunteer up at the camp even though I wouldn't get paid it would be something to do.
So I told them I would have to ask my parents so I did, and they agreed it would be good for me. So Cathy called me today and told me that Mrs. Sharon Huneycut (one of my favorite 2 ppl up there, the other one is her husband because they are crazy and very funny and big kids at heart) needed help up at their bran new pool teaching swim lessons and just watching the kids while they swim. And since I love Sharon and swimming I agreed imediately.I'll be working this week and next week on the weekdays from 1 to 5 in a pool the whole time doing swim lessons...is that a job or what? to bad I'm not being paid lol.
Today was my first day on the job as Life Guard Assisant hehe ( I like the sound of that lol even if I dont' have the body or looks to be a life guard) I had a really good time the kids really respected me even if I was just a camper myself last year. Though they didn't know me from last year because it's junior camp lol. The teen camp is next week, that week I'm not really looking forward too...because that's the week that the evil stuckup,hippocritic counselors work.
I'm planning to take some pictures of the pool and different sites around the camp to put into my album just for memories of my first hired even though it's a non paying job. I got fairly red even though I'm not sore yet, probly will be tormorrow.
I came home and took a shower to get the chlorine out of my hair. Then I got dressed and we headed over to Adam and Carrie's new house to help them move in and mow the grass and stuff. I got hom right at 7pm. I'm very tired so I'm gona stop for today *Hugs and muahs* Byess
