Hey Everyone,
Well we were in the doctor's office from 9:10am till 12:00pm.. They did a blood test, and took x-rays of my chest and listened to my symptoms...and the diagnosis: Is that I have some fluid in the bottom of my lungs that shouldn't be there, and if I don't get it up out of there and soon it could turn into pnemonia....not a good thing for a cf patient at all...I've had it before and believe me...I DO NOT want it again!
The chills, and hot flashes I've been having are part of the fevor, but seeing as how I've been on so much antibiotics because of my teeth removal that it kept me from running an actual fevor...I just got the side affects of one. They prescribed some different antibiotics and some medicine that I take in through a machine that makes it into a mist that I breath in to help break up the crap in my lungs. That stuff makes me dizzy and sick and I hate it, but I have to take it if I don't want to get pnemonia.
Mom and Dad are still gona go away for the weekend, but Carrie my sister-in-law and my grandparents are gona be on call around the clock. And my parents will have their cell phones with them and will call often to check on me and stuff. I can't stay in bed and lay around and stuff. That will just give more of that crap a chance to settle in my lungs and give me pnemonia. So gotta be up and about so that, that stuff will get broken up and coughed out of there.
